 Where can I find more T straps?Jul 24, 2010
I like the paddles but when a T strap snapped, I found that I had to buy a whole new set of paddles. Neither [...] or Speedo could help me. This seems ridiculous. Does anyone have any ideas for purchasing the T straps independantly?

This is a very good paddle for building strength and conditioning while swimming. I am not sure its as good as the TYR product but its good

I love these paddles for several reasons. 1. the contour makes them easier to use and more comfortable. 2. the size options. I am a small woman and other paddles were too difficult to use because they came in one size and seemed to be sized for men. 3. they help build strength in addition to guiding your stroke. If I use these for a couple of hundred yards, the rest of my swim is so much better in terms of proper technique.

Well to start off, these paddles are wonderful, one they aid in all of your forms. I was practicing to become a life guard and i only had two weeks of practice of learning how to swim in general, because i never learned throughout my life. Well i had free style down but i did not know how to do the breast stroke, and these got me up to a one hundred breast in one day. They are bulit tough and the ycome with extra straps if they do break, though unlikely. Overall these are meant to help perfect your form as well as your breathing so those who are having trouble, should consider getting this product. The material is a tough plastic very durable. The size well if your average height about 5'8" like myself the sizes on the paddles are pretty self explanitory, small forsmall hands medium for average, and large for people who e tall and who hae a large frame.

The strap on my pair of this broke within 6 months of regular swimming. I called speedo, they do not sell the strap separately, so I have to get a whole new pair. It wore out quickly as well. I liked using them but I'm going to get another kind because I really don't feel like having to go through the hassle and expense of buying new hand fins frequently. It's also needlessly wasteful. They make replacement goggle straps, why not replacement hand straps?
