These treats are great for giving your dogs pills, they easily mold around smaller pills or take a crushed pill. My dog loves them.

excellent for training treatsFeb 04, 2010
I like to use these treats for training because they are so soft, one can pinch off a portion of the treat for a quick reward. The dog doesn't stop to chew (and thus interrupt the training session). Because they are not very "expensive" nutritionally, even adding up all the tiny bits for training still won't make your dog fat. They're a wonderful treat to have in your arsenal!

I first got these treats from my vet. My puppies loved them. The Lean treats are small and a great size for training. Being that they are lean makes them healthier for them.
I have a tendency to "over treat" so by giving them the Lean treats I am at least treating them with a better treat.
I order these all the time.
