I have back,knee and shoulder pain from arthritis everyday. When I wake up it takes 20 min. to ge out of bed.Since I purchased Biofreeze I rub down before I go to bed and when I get up. While I know I will never be without pain I know I will get a few hours a day of pain free relief. After using just about every other product of this type I would rate Biofreeze the best.

This product is great for temporary relief from muscular pain. It is not greasy nor is it necessary to rub it into your body. Just put it on and in a few minutes your pain will be replaced by soothing cold. Not a miracle healing drug but it gives great relief , particularly at bedtime.I have many friends who reccomend its use.

The only non narcotic pain reliever my wife says works for her back pain (she doesn't like narcotics}She has said she would take a bath in it if she could and she uses it every day.
